30-Day Return Policy:

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee - no exceptions.

• Buyer must pay for return shipping - no exceptions.

• Product must be returned in new condition.  For example, no damage, cracks, scratches, unclean or any indications of usage.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from Big Al's Custom Scooters within 30 days of delivery of the modified mobility scooter.  Once an RMA has been received, modified mobility scooter must be returned within 14 days.
